Marian H. Birge Attorney’s practice includes preventive law; counseling businesses with a focus on policies, procedures, and best practices. Attorney developed and provides California FEHA mandatory anti-harassment training classes. Attorney is an experienced public speaker, and a co-author of Voir Dire and Plaintiff’s Opening Statement, Chapter 14 in Litigating the Workplace Harassment Case, an American Bar Association publication, M. Heyser, 1st Ed. (2010). Attorney is a trained mediator, and has successfully negotiated and/or mediated scores of cases on behalf of her clients. Ms. Birge was born in Hartford, Connecticut and grew up near Essex, Connecticut and in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York. |
