Silvia L. Garcia

Ms. Garcia’s practice focuses primarily on employment law and business transactions and disputes. She has successfully represented numerous plaintiffs in harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases. She also provides consulting services to employers regarding compliance with federal and state employment law, employee rights, employee handbooks and employment agreements. She provides on-site California mandated sexual harassment training to supervisory employees and other in-house employment law training programs.

Ms. García is a dedicated, passionate advocate and is an experienced civil litigation attorney. Her litigation experience includes cases involving employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wrongful termination, business disputes, negligent and intentional torts and wrongful death. Ms. García has also successfully negotiated and mediated numerous matters both in the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Ms. García was born in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico and was raised in Vista, California.
